When you pay your real estate broker, then your expectations are surely high. To make sure that your agent keeps up your hope and not disappoints you, some precautions need to be taken from your side also. Before hiring an agent do a complete survey. Go for tried and tested once even if their demands are slightly high.

Before you hire, take interviews and take care do not interview people from same company for they will all have same rhetoric and similar opinions. Sometimes your interest and that of your interest are not compatible and the agent may manipulate you. If the agent is talking a lot to the potential buyer or customer behind your back then there is something to suspect.

Do not trust the brokers or agents completely do consult your family and friends. Being careful and conscious is the only way to keep your money secure with broker and agent.
